Owner Pledges & Commitments

All of us at The Jander Group, Inc. feel privileged each and every time we are chosen to manage a property for an owner. We realize that we stand in your place to the residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Our conduct reflects upon you. This is not something we take lightly. We are committed to you and feel that if we uphold very high standards, it will put us head and shoulders above our competition. This, in turn, will place your property at the same level. We have ten commitments to you and will live by these to ensure our continued success.

1. We Pledge to always be courteous, friendly and respectful to you, the owner.

2. We Pledge to be trustworthy in all we do and that our ethical conduct will be above reproach.

3. We Pledge to handle your money very carefully as not to waste or misuse it and at the same time to keep quality at a high level.

4. We Pledge to work diligently at any task given us with a willing attitude and do it to the best of our ability.

5. We Pledge that our residents (who are your residents) will be treated according to the Golden Rule at all times!!!

6. We Pledge to make every effort available to us to keep occupancy as high as possible and turnover at an absolute minimum.

7. We Pledge to have a well-trained staff which is knowledgeable and helpful concerning your property.

8. We Pledge to maintain your property at its highest potential with the resources we are given. We will always treat your property as if it were our own!!!

9. We Pledge to provide you with information you request in a timely and accurate manner.

10. We Pledge that "Committed to Service" is more than a slogan for The Jander Group, Inc....it's the only way to conduct business!!

We understand the above "Ten Owner Pledges and Commitments" and realize that they are critical to our success, both today and in the future. We agree in executing these pledges and commitments that we will be held accountable for our actions and will perform all ten with diligence and to the best of our ability.
