& Commitments
We believe that
each resident who rents a home, condominium, or apartment with The
Jander Group, Inc. is a very important part of our success. Because
of this belief, we will make every effort to completely satisfy you,
our resident. Each and every person employed by The Jander Group,
Inc. pledges to treat you in a professional and courteous manner
to ensure our continued success.
We live by these
Ten Commitments:
1. We Pledge
to greet you with a smile, address you by name and introduce ourselves.
2. We Pledge
to be polite, friendly, and courteous and to show interest in you and
your importance to us, both in person and by telephone.
3. We Pledge
that when you arrive at our property, we will give you our immediate
attention and not make you wait while we finish a less important task.
4. We Pledge
to have a professional looking appearance which entails dress standards
and personal grooming.
5. We Pledge
to provide our present and future residents with correct information
to all questions. If, by chance, the answer isn't immediately available,
we will find the answer and communicate it to you in a timely manner.
6. We Pledge
to keep our residents informed of their situation should a problem arise
and to resolve it as soon as possible.
7. We Pledge
that when answering the telephone we will state our company or community
name and ask how we can help you. When closing, we will thank you for
calling.
8. We Pledge
to ask you to rent with us and/or to please return for another visit.
9. We Pledge
to handle maintenance problems in a timely manner.
10. We Pledge
that "Committed to Service" is more than a slogan for
The Jander Group, Inc....it's the only way to conduct business!!
We understand the
above "Ten Resident Pledges and Commitments" and realize
that they are critical to our success, both today and in the future.
We agree in executing these pledges and commitments that we will be
held accountable for our actions and will perform all ten with diligence
and to the best of our ability.
